Simple hand exercises may soothe stubborn wrist pain

Summary
This study tests whether adding nerve gliding exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with long-term ulnar-sided (pinky side) wrist pain. About 34 adults with pain lasting at least 3 months will be split into two groups: one gets standard care (education, massage, ice), the other adds nerve gliding moves. After 4 weeks, researchers will compare pain, hand function, strength, and joint awareness to see if the extra exercises make a difference.
