First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a blood flow restriction (BFR) cuff to low-weight hand exercises can help people with ulnar-sided wrist pain recover faster. 90 adults will be assigned to either standard therapy or therapy plus BFR. The goal is to see if BFR improves grip strength and reduces pain and disability.
