First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding specific nerve gliding exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic ulnar-sided (pinky side) wrist pain. About 34 adults with pain lasting at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus nerve gliding exercises. Researchers will measure pain, hand function, strength, and joint position sense after 4 weeks to see if the exercises offer extra benefit.
