First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 01, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding nerve gliding exercises to standard physical therapy can help people with long-lasting ulnar-sided (pinky side) wrist pain. About 34 adults with pain for at least 3 months will be split into two groups: one gets standard care (education, massage, ice), the other adds nerve gliding exercises. After 4 weeks, researchers will compare pain, hand function, and strength to see if the extra exercises make a difference.
