Summary

This study tested a drug called neratinib, alone or with another drug called fulvestrant, in 21 people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (HER2-positive and ER-positive). The goal was to see if the combination could slow cancer growth. The study was stopped early, but results help guide future research.
