New gel aims to heal stubborn diabetic foot sores

Summary
This study tests whether a product called NeoThelium FT, used with standard wound care, helps diabetic foot ulcers close faster than standard care alone. About 132 adults with diabetes and a foot ulcer that has lasted at least 4 weeks will take part. The main goal is to see if the ulcer fully heals, with pain and wound size also tracked.
