Summary

This study tests whether a gel called NeoThelium FT, used with standard wound care, helps heal diabetic foot ulcers better than standard care alone. About 132 adults with diabetes and a foot ulcer that has lasted at least 4 weeks will take part. The main goal is to see if the ulcer closes completely.
