Summary
This study tests a program in a newborn intensive care unit (NICU) that helps nurses and staff better understand each other's skills and abilities. The goal is to improve teamwork, reduce burnout, and make sure tasks are shared fairly. About 160 nurses will take part, and researchers will measure changes in burnout and psychological safety using surveys and interviews.
