Summary

This study looks at a program to help nurses in a newborn intensive care unit know who can do what during a shift. The program includes mapping skills, group discussions, and practice scenarios. Researchers want to see if it reduces burnout and improves teamwork and confidence. About 160 nurses are taking part.
