Newborn seizure study aims to uncover hidden numbers

Summary
This study is observing 1,400 newborns in China who have had a seizure to find out how often it happens and how it affects their development. Researchers will use EEG to record brain activity and follow the babies over time. The goal is to better understand neonatal seizures, not to test a new treatment.
