New drug aims to shrink hard-to-treat tumors

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called NEOK002 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The drug is designed to target two proteins on cancer cells to deliver a toxic payload. The study has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, and then, checking if the drug can shrink tumors. About 155 participants will take part.
