Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called NEOK001 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. NEOK001 is designed to deliver a cancer-killing agent directly to tumor cells by targeting two specific proteins. The study will first find the safest dose and then expand to see how well the drug works in about 155 participants.
