First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at how chemotherapy or radiation before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) affects small blood vessels and tissue stiffness in colorectal cancer patients. Researchers will compare 34 patients who had pre-surgery treatment with 34 who went straight to surgery. The goal is to see if these changes lead to more complications during or after the operation.
