Summary

This study looks at how chemotherapy or radiation given before surgery for colorectal cancer affects small blood vessels and scar tissue. Researchers will compare 34 patients who had pre-surgery treatment with 34 who went straight to surgery. The goal is to understand if these changes lead to more complications during or after the operation.
