NCT ID NCT06151236

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and relatlimab) before surgery can improve outcomes for people with stage I to III Merkel cell carcinoma, a rare skin cancer. About 20 adults with resectable tumors will receive the drugs for six weeks, then have surgery to remove any remaining cancer. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left in the surgical sample.
