Experimental brain cancer drug shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called NEO100 (perillyl alcohol) in people with recurrent or worsening grade III or IV gliomas that have an IDH1 mutation. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps patients live longer. Participants take the drug four times daily in 28-day cycles. The trial is currently recruiting.
