Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called NEO100 (perillyl alcohol) in people whose aggressive brain tumors (grade III or IV gliomas with an IDH1 mutation) have come back or worsened. The drug is taken as a nasal spray four times a day. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks if it helps people live longer. About 49 participants are being enrolled.
