First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested two simple techniques—positional relaxation and static stretching—for immediate relief of nonspecific neck pain in 30 young adults aged 18-30. Participants received one session of either method, combined with breathing exercises. Researchers measured changes in muscle stiffness, tone, and pain right after treatment. The goal was to see which approach offers faster short-term relief for common neck pain.
