Neck pain showdown: which quick fix works best for young adults?
NCT ID NCT07439354
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested two simple techniques—positional relaxation and static stretching—to see which provides faster relief for young adults with nonspecific neck pain. Thirty participants aged 18 to 30 with moderate pain were measured for changes in muscle tightness, stiffness, and flexibility right after each session. The goal is to find a quick, drug-free way to ease discomfort and improve movement.
