Summary

This study tests whether specific neck-strengthening exercises can reduce pain and nerve sensitivity in people with chronic neck pain (lasting 3+ months). Researchers will measure pain intensity, nerve sensitivity, head posture, and neck awareness in 80 adults aged 18-36. The goal is to see if these exercises offer a drug-free way to manage symptoms.
