Summary
This study tested two types of neck exercises—isometric holds and stabilization moves—in 62 adults aged 25-50 who wore glasses and had chronic neck pain for over 3 months. Participants did 12 sessions over 4 weeks. The goal was to see which exercise type better reduced pain, disability, and fear of movement, and improved quality of life.
