Summary
This study tested two types of neck exercises in 62 adults who wear eyeglasses and have had neck pain for more than three months. One group did isometric (holding still) neck exercises, and the other did cervical stabilization (moving and strengthening) exercises. Both groups did 12 sessions over four weeks. The goal was to see which exercise type better reduced pain, disability, fear of movement, and improved quality of life.
