First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether isometric neck exercises and posture advice can reduce cervicogenic headaches (headaches from neck problems) in 44 teens aged 13-19 who use smartphones 4+ hours daily. Researchers will measure changes in headache impact, neck disability, stress hormones, and sleep quality. The goal is to see if these simple exercises can improve symptoms and well-being without medication.
