First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether simple neck exercises and posture advice can reduce headaches, stress, and sleep problems in teens aged 13-19 who use smartphones for 4+ hours daily and have cervicogenic headaches (headaches from neck strain). Researchers will measure changes in headache impact, neck function, and stress-related chemicals in the blood. The goal is to find a drug-free way to help teens feel better.
