Summary

This study tested two different neck exercise programs in 30 teenagers with forward head posture (often called 'text neck'). One program focused on stabilizing the neck muscles, while the other focused on improving neck position sense. The goal was to see which better improved the endurance of deep neck flexor muscles, which are important for good posture.
