Summary
This study tested whether a simple, two-week routine of quiet time in nature could improve a person's sense of spiritual well-being. Researchers asked 41 healthy adults to walk for 10 minutes, sit quietly in nature for 10 minutes while contemplating their connection to it, and then walk back. They measured changes in spiritual feelings using standard questionnaires.
