First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether watching a nature-based virtual reality video while listening to special sound patterns (binaural beats) can help people relax. 18 healthy adults will try both the VR experience and a control session. The researchers will measure heart rate changes and ask about stress levels to see if this approach works for short-term relaxation.
