Summary
This study tested whether spending 20 minutes quietly observing nature (10 minutes walking, 10 minutes sitting) for 10 sessions over two weeks could improve spiritual well-being in healthy adults. 41 participants were randomly assigned to the nature contemplation group or a control group. The results help us understand how simple nature-based practices might support spiritual health.
