Summary
This study looked at whether spending quiet time in nature can improve spiritual well-being. 41 healthy adults were asked to walk for 10 minutes, sit and silently observe nature for 10 minutes, then walk back. They did this 10 times over two weeks. The researchers measured changes in spiritual well-being using questionnaires.
