Summary
This study aims to understand how a nasal spray flu vaccine triggers immune responses in the body. It will enroll 60 healthy teenagers who will receive the vaccine and provide blood and nasal samples. Researchers will measure antibody levels and other immune signals to see how well the vaccine works in the nose and bloodstream.
