Summary
This study aims to understand how a nasal spray flu vaccine triggers immune responses in the body. Researchers will give the vaccine to 60 healthy teenagers and collect blood and nasal samples to measure immune reactions. The goal is to learn how protection develops in both the bloodstream and the nose where flu viruses enter.
