Summary
This study tests a new treatment for knee osteoarthritis using cartilage grown from a patient's own nasal cells. The implant is compared to standard platelet-rich plasma injections. The trial enrolls 75 adults aged 18-65 with moderate knee arthritis and aims to see if the implant reduces pain and improves knee function over 24 months.
