Summary
This study tests whether adding a structured storytelling education program to standard care helps adults with type 2 diabetes improve blood sugar control. About 226 adults with poorly controlled diabetes will either receive usual care or usual care plus three months of narrative education, including two face-to-face sessions and four brief phone calls. The main goal is to see if blood sugar levels drop more with the added program.
