Fat and blood cells may smooth acne scars in new trial

Summary
This study tests whether injecting a person's own fat (nanofat) into facial acne scars works better when combined with platelet-rich fibrin or microneedling. 42 adults with moderate to severe scars will be treated and followed for 3 months. The goal is to see which method improves scar appearance most safely.
