Summary
This study compares three treatments for facial acne scars: nanofat injection alone, nanofat plus platelet-rich fibrin, and nanofat plus microneedling. 42 adults with moderate to severe scars will receive treatment on both cheeks. The goal is to see which combination works best and is safest.
