First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs (niraparib and dostarlimab) with radiation therapy is safe and effective for people with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that has not responded to immunotherapy or is PD-L1 negative. About 32 adults with this aggressive cancer will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to see if tumors shrink and to monitor side effects.
