New study explores cancer drug safety for patients with liver issues

Summary

This early-phase study tests the safety of a drug called nab-sirolimus in adults with advanced solid tumors who also have moderate liver impairment. About 28 participants will receive the drug to see how their bodies process it and what side effects occur. The goal is to find the right dose for this group of patients.
