New drug combo offers hope for hard-to-treat endometrial cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, nab-sirolimus and letrozole, in people with advanced or recurrent endometrioid endometrial cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors or stops them from growing. About 29 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will track how well it works and how long the benefits last.
