This study looked at whether N-Acetylcysteine, a common supplement, could help prevent nerve damage caused by the chemotherapy drug oxaliplatin in people with colorectal cancer. 46 patients took part. Researchers measured nerve symptoms, pain, and inflammation to see if the supplement offered any protection.
