Summary
This study tests whether simple exercises involving drinking water and breathing can improve sleep quality in 60 adults with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Some participants have also had a traumatic brain injury. The goal is to see if these exercises reduce breathing pauses during sleep and ease daytime sleepiness, offering a non-invasive option for managing OSA.
