First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looked at whether myofascial release exercises (a type of gentle stretching) can help breast cancer patients who have had radiation therapy. 30 women who finished surgery and were about to start radiotherapy took part. The exercises aimed to reduce muscle tightness, pain, and improve shoulder movement. Results showed these exercises may help ease side effects from treatment.
