First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding myo-inositol (a natural supplement) to the standard fertility drug letrozole helps women with PCOS get pregnant more often. About 168 women aged 18-36 with PCOS and infertility will take either letrozole plus placebo or letrozole plus inositol for up to 5 treatment cycles. The main goal is to see if more women achieve a clinical pregnancy with the supplement.
