NCT ID NCT03059173
First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking myo-inositol, a natural supplement, can help women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) ovulate when using the fertility drug clomiphene citrate. About 276 women who want to get pregnant will be randomly assigned to receive either myo-inositol or a placebo alongside their regular treatment. The goal is to see if the supplement reduces the chance of not ovulating at all during treatment.
