New app aims to make healthy eating easier for IBD patients

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app called MyIBDDiet can help people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) learn about and follow an anti-inflammatory diet. About 40 adults with IBD who are not currently having a flare-up will use the app for one month. Researchers will measure how easy and useful the app is, and whether it improves diet quality and quality of life.
