Summary
This study compares three different follow-up methods (phone calls, text messages, or both) to see which best helps people improve their diet, physical activity, stress, and sleep. About 1000 adults who already completed a health risk assessment will take part. The goal is to find the most effective and affordable way to support lasting healthy changes.
