Summary
This study tests whether the My Health Coach app can improve quality of life and daily functioning for adults with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD). Two hundred adults with FASD will be split into two groups: one gets the app right away, the other waits 12 weeks. All participants complete surveys at the start, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks to measure well-being and psychological needs.
