Can a musical beat help people with MS walk better?
NCT ID NCT07399262
Summary
This study aims to see if adding music to walking exercises helps people with multiple sclerosis (MS) more than the same exercises without music. Thirty-two people with mild to moderate MS will be randomly assigned to do four weeks of guided, remote walking training either with or without music. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, balance, fatigue, and thinking skills to see which approach works better.
