Can music make walking easier for people with MS?

NCT ID NCT07399262

Summary

This study aims to see if adding music to a walking training program helps people with multiple sclerosis walk better than the same training without music. Thirty-two participants with mild to moderate MS will be randomly assigned to either a music-assisted training group or a non-music group, with both programs delivered online over four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, balance, fatigue, and thinking skills to see which approach is more helpful.
