Summary
This study explores whether weekly music and movement classes are practical and enjoyable for children aged 6–18 with myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1). Over 10 weeks, 13 participants will attend 45-minute sessions, wear activity trackers, and provide biological samples. The goal is to see if this approach can improve brain and heart symptoms and identify new ways to measure disease progression.
