First seen Jun 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether music therapy can lower anxiety in women with early-stage breast cancer during chemotherapy. Twenty-seven patients took part, with some receiving music therapy sessions while others did not. Researchers measured anxiety levels before and after each chemo session using a standard questionnaire. The goal was to see if making music with a therapist helps patients feel calmer during treatment.
