Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week virtual music relaxation program can help reduce anxiety in adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. Researchers are enrolling 50 participants aged 15-39 who have finished cancer treatment but still experience significant anxiety. The program involves weekly 45-minute sessions where participants learn and practice tailored music-based relaxation techniques from home.
